Santander Brasil closes loan


Banco Santander Brasil has closed a $360m senior unsecured term loan, which was increased from $200m, according to people following the deal. Credit Agricole, Mizuho and Standard Chartered led the transaction, and brought in MLAs Bank of America, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, National Bank of Kuwait, and Natixis at $35m each, as well as managers Union National Bank, Export Import Bank of the Republic of China, IBJ Leasing, Mega International Commercial Bank, NEC Capital Solutions, and Fuyo General
