Fibra Uno joins long-end spree with $1bn dual-tranche bond

Mexican real estate trust Fibra Uno raised $1bn from international investors on Thursday with a dual-tranche bond that picked up on a trend for long dated paper. The Baa2/-/BBB rated borrower sold a $600m December 2024 note at 250bp over US Treasuries, equal to a 5.281% yield, and a $400m 30-year tranche at 350bp over, equal to a 7.188% yield.
