YPF Raises Maximum in International Test

Argentina's YPF has sold $150m in 2018 bonds, it says, the maximum authorized, in its first international bond deal since 1999. The government-controlled oil company's floating-rate bonds pay Libor+7.76% through November 15 and Libor+7.50% for the remainder of the bond's life. The proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and to fund capital investments for developing natural gas production in the province of Neuquen.
