YPF is targeting Thursday for the RegS sale of $50m-$150m in 2018 bonds, according to a regulatory filing, what would be its first international deal in several years. The government-controlled oil company plans floating-rate bonds paying Libor+7.76% through November 15 and Libor+7.50% for the remainder of the bond’s life. Citi and HSBC are leading the deal.
