Rare BNDES Offer Headlines Busy DCM Session

Brazil’s BNDES sold its first dollar bond in three years, as a group of issuers including Colombia and Pemex raised $5.67bn Thursday following the US fed’s surprise no-tapering announcement. The government development bank raised $2.5bn in three and 10-year bonds, drawing close to $12bn in demand and tightening significantly from initial price thoughts. The 2016 priced at 99.774 with a 3.375% coupon to yield 3.455% or UST+275bp, tight to the 287.5bp-area guidance and 315bp initial price thoughts
