Peru’s Inkia Energy has raised $150m on Monday by reopening its 8.375% 2021 NC2015 bond, bringing the size to $450m. After announcing cash-price guidance of 104.50 area, the generator tapped the Ba3/BB/BB notes at 104.75 to yield 7.537%. Initial price thoughts had been 104.25 area. The issuer offered a concession of 20bp to 25bp and drew $300m in demand from approximately 40 accounts. Proceeds will be used for capex, investment and general corporate purposes.
