Emgesa Bond Sale Plans Emerge

Colombia’s Emgesa plans to raise up to COP565bn ($290m) in its local bond market Wednesday, it says. The Colombian generation company is expected to sell six and 12-year tranches, both with inflation-linked coupons, LatinFinance understands. Proceeds will finance hydroelectric power project El Quimbo and pre-fund 2014 bond maturities, Emgesa says.
