Argentina’s Provincia de Entre Rios has issued $89m in 2016 dollar-linked bonds, according to regulatory documents. The bonds pay a fixed interest rate of 4.80%. In June, the northern Argentine province approved an up to ARP900m ($163m) program, or the equivalent in other currencies, at up to five years’ maturity. The deal is the province’s first in dollars, and raises funds for general budget purposes. Puente and Nuevo Banco de Entre Rios managed the deal, rated Baa2 on a national scale.
