Compartamos Ends Domestic Roadshow

Mexico Bonds

Banco Compartamos has ended investor meetings ahead of a bond sale in Mexico’s domestic market scheduled for September 4, according to people familiar with the process. The plan is to issue up to MXP2bn ($157m) in 5-year floating rate bonds. While the microlender is evaluating investor feedback, it is seeking to price the bond inside of TIIE+70bp, the level it got when selling its MXP2bn 2017 bond in August 2012. It will use the proceeds to extend short-term debt and for general banking purposes
