Brazil’s Comgas has restarted the sale process for BRL400m ($167m) in domestic bond sale, adding a third tranche and facing slightly higher interest rates than when it first attempted the deal in March. The gas distributor controlled by Cosan has refiled for the sale, to include infrastructure debentures, following a postponement in July.
