Chubut to Join Argie Provinces Turning to Local DCM

Argentina’s Chubut province could issue $200m in 5-year dollar-linked bullet bonds as soon as the end of this month, LatinFinance understands. The sale is expected under an approximately $800m program, which is heard to be in the process of registration. Chubut has issued debt locally and abroad with hydrocarbon guarantees, and the current program could also feature such a guarantee, say people familiar with the province’s plans.
