Banco Interacciones plans to issue up to MXP1.4bn ($111m) in the Mexico’s domestic bond market on August 16, according to people familiar with the borrower’s plans. A 3-year floating-rate bond is planned. Net proceeds will be used to enhance the issuer’s liquidity profile and for general corporate purposes. Interacciones is managing the sale, rated A/A+ on a national scale. The bank last priced a 2016 MXP1.0bn domestic bond in May, at TIIE+140bp.
