Daycoval Ties Up IFC Loan

Banco Daycoval has closed a $275m A-B loan with the IFC, the Brazilian bank says. Upsized from $200m, the transaction is made up of a $50m-equivalent BRL-indexed 5-year IFC loan and a $225m syndicated loan piece in dollars and Euros, the Brazilian lender says. The syndicated loan consists 2-year and 3-year dollar tranches as well as a 2-year Euro tranche, according to Daycoval.
