Banco Interacciones plans to issue up to MXP1.4bn ($112m) in the Mexico’s domestic bond market, according to people familiar with the borrower’s plans. Pricing of the 3-year floating-rate bond is tentatively scheduled for sometime in August. Net proceeds will be used to enhance the issuer’s liquidity profile and for general corporate purposes. Interacciones is managing the sale, rated A/A+ on a national scale. The bank last priced a 2016 MXP1.0bn domestic bond in May, at TIIE+140bp.
