Duke Energy International Geracao Paranapanema is preparing to sell up to BRL500m ($234m) in Brazil's domestic market, according to regulatory documents. The generator is planning 2018 debentures that pay the DI plus up to 0.65%, as well as inflation-linked 2023s that pay either 4.85% or a yield equal to the NTN-B bond at the time of pricing plus 90bp - whichever is greater.
