ISA Wakes Up Colombian Market

Colombia’s ISA has raised COP220bn ($119m) in domestic bonds, upsizing from COP150bn, it says, in the first sizeable Colombian local market sale in more than two months. The electric transmission company placed COP120bn in a 2022 tranche paying IPC+2.84% and COP100bn in a 2028 tranche at IPC+3.25%.
