Brazil’s Jauru Transmissora de Energia (JTE) is considering a sale of domestic bonds under the country’s infrastructure debenture laws, according to the Mining and Energy ministry, which approved the plan. There were no additional details included, and a finance official at parent Plena Transmissoras was unavailable for comment. JTE operates electric transmission lines in the states of Rondonia and Mato Grosso. Plena Transmissoras is owned by Isolux Corsan and Cobra.
