Argentina's Mendoza province is scheduled to price $50m-$150m in domestic bonds today, according to local DCM sources. The province is looking at a 2016 transaction with an interest rate around 3%. HSBC, Galicia and Banco Macro are managing. Last year, Mendoza postponed plans to issue up to $350m in the international bond market, instead opting for domestic bank loans. The deal would follow a recent $216m domestic bond sale from the City of Buenos Aires.
