Mexico’s Banco Interacciones has issued a MXP1bn ($82m) domestic bond, according to people following the sale. The new 2016 priced at TIIE+140bp, in line with 140bp price talk, and 10bp inside its previous transaction, a 2015 which priced at 150bp last year. Demand reached 1.2x, according to a person with knowledge of the sale. The bank will use proceeds to maintain liquidity and for general corporate purposes. Interacciones and Banorte-Ixe managed the sale, rated A/A+ on a national scale.
