Empresas Banmedica has issued UF2.2m ($107m) in Chile’s domestic bond market, in a dual tranche transaction denominated in pesos and UF, say people familiar with the deal. The Chilean health insurance and health services provider sold a 6.5% CLP22.8bn 2020 peso-denominated tranche. Lead managers IMTrust and Credicorp priced the bond at 101.68, to yield 6.12%, equal to 87bp over the government curve.
