Brazil’s Fibria Celulose is looking to buy back up to $480m of its 7.5% 2020 bonds and 6.750% 2021 bonds, it says. The pulp producer is offering holders $1,120 cash per $1,000 principal of the 2020 and $1,110 cash per $1,000 of the 2021s. Holders accepting prior to a May 6 early deadline get an additional $30 per $1,000. The final deadline is May 20. Fibria has $1.24bn outstanding in the 2020 bonds and $700m outstanding in the 2021s.
