Peru’s Ferreycorp generated $1.6bn in orders for its inaugural 2020 NC4 bond, raising $300m. The holdco for Peruvian heavy machinery distributor Ferreycorp priced the senior unsecured Ba1/BB+ note at 99.269 with a 4.875% coupon to yield 5.00%, inside of low-5.00% initial price thoughts. Looking at other Peruvian issuers, leads say Ferreycorp priced inside where BB/BB+ beverage distributor Ajecorp would print a new seven-year bond, and offered a 50bp pickup to where split rated BB+/BBB minus Ceme
