Mexican Development Bank Preps MXP Debt

Mexico’s Banobras plans to issue up to MXP3bn ($246m) in bonds in the domestic market Thursday, according to people familiar with the transaction. The government development bank is selling 10-year fixed-rate bonds. Banobras last visited the debt market in January, when it sold a MXP3bn 2023 bond to yield 5.64%.
