Dominican Republic Bonds

The Dominican Republic has placed its largest-ever bond issuance, raising the $1.0bn allowed under its budget. The sovereign pierced 6% to price inside expectations after demand reached $6.5bn. The B1/B+/B 2024 amortizer priced at par to yield 5.875%, the tight end of 6.00%-area guidance that followed 6.25% whispers. The bonds traded up 1.00-1.50 points in the grey, investors note.
