Brazil’s OSX has ended global investor meetings ahead of a planned $265m bond transaction, as it seeks to finance its OSX-3 FPSO vessel, according to people familiar with the borrower’s plans. Pricing is expected this week. The Eike Batista-controlled shipbuilder has yet to issue official guidance, though price whispers of 10%-11% for the 15-month bond remain from last week.
