Pemex has raised MXP2.5bn ($201m) in Mexico's domestic bond market through a reopening of its 2017 bonds. The state-owned oil producer reopened at 100.35, or TIIE+10bp, at the tight end of 10bp-15bp price talk. The coupon on the bonds is TIIE+18bp. D
