Brazil’s OSX is preparing a $265m bond transaction, as it seeks to fully finance the OSX-3 FPSO vessel, and will embark today on a global roadshow, according to people familiar with the borrower’s plans. The Eike Batista-controlled shipbuilder is out with price whispers of 10%-11% for the 15-month bond. Norwegian shop Pareto is managing.
