Colombia's Banco Finandina has issued COP100bn ($56m) in domestic bonds, in a sale that saw close to COP158bn in demand. It sold COP44bn in 2015 bonds at a fixed interest rate of 5.35%, COP11bn in 2016 bonds at DTF+1.28%, and COP45bn in 2015 bonds at IBR+1.50%. The proceeds will be used to fund Finandina’s credit growth and repay debt. Corredores Asociados led the deal, along with Correval, Bancolombia, Casa de Bolsa, Serfinco and Afin. The issuance is rated AA+ on a national scale.
