TIM Participacoes has named Rodrigo Abreu as its next CEO, following the announcement of Andrea Mangoni's resignation earlier this week. Mangoni had been in the position since May 2012, when Luca Luciani resigned amid a scandal over the use of irregular SIM cards at the Italian parent. He leaves the role on March 4. Abreu joins from a CEO spot at Cisco do Brasil, a position he has held for seven years.
