Andrea Mangoni plans to resign as CEO of Brazil’s TIM Participacoes effective March 4, the telecom says. The board of directors is expected to choose a replacement as soon as possible. Mangoni had been in the position since May 2012, when Luca Luciani resigned amid a scandal over the use of irregular SIM cards at the Italian parent.
