J&F Participacoes has postponed the sale of a 2020 NC3 bond due to unfavorable market conditions, according to people familiar with the transaction. Last week saw a break from the favorable conditions that welcomed several LatAm high-yield issuers, as Brazil’s Schahin Oil and Gas also postponed. The Brazilian holding company for various businesses including meatpacker JBS had been looking for a yield in around 9.75%.
