YPF Issues Maximum on Strong Bid

Argentina’s YPF has sold $500m in 5-year bonds, upsizing from $300m its second international bond deal since nationalization, thanks to about $2bn demand. The government-controlled oil company’s senior unsecured bond priced at 99.505 with a 8.875% coupon to yield 9.000%, on the tighter side of low-9% guidance and earlier mid-to-low 9s initial price thoughts, according to people familiar with the terms.
