YPF Targets More International Debt

Following Argentina’s recent agreement to settle with Repsol, YPF is preparing to sell up to $300m in 5-year bonds in the international market next week, according to regulatory filing. The move would follow a $150m cross-border sale in September and be the oil company’s second international deal since 1999. Proceeds will be used for investments in fixed assets and working capital, according to the filing, and Itau and Morgan Stanley are managing the transaction, rated B3. The deal comes as YPF
