OGX, which filed for bankruptcy protection this week, has agreed to a BRL250m ($112m) investment in its gas unit from Brazilian private equity fund Cambuhy Investimentos and Germany’s E.ON, it says. Cambuhy is to buy BRL200m in new shares of the OGX Maranhao Petroleo e Gas subsidiary, or a 36% stake, and E.ON a BRL50m piece, or 9%.
