Brazil’s Comgas has finalized pricing for a BRL540m ($244m) three-tranche domestic bond sale, an amount upsized from a BRL400m base. A BRL128m 2019 tranche pays the DI plus 0.90%, inside a 0.98% ceiling, and amortizes in equal parts at the end of each of the final three years, according to a prospectus. A BRL269m 2018 bullet inflation-linked tranche pays 5.10%, under a 5.40% ceiling. A BRL143m 2020 inflation-linked tranche pays 5.57%, inside a 5.75% limit, and amortizes in equal parts at the end
