Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior (Bladex) is testing investor appetite with preliminary price talk as it considers issuing a 3-year or 5-year floating-rate bond in the domestic market. The Panama-based supranational is heard looking at TIIE+55bp area for a 3-year or TIIE+75bp area for a 5-year.
