A road project in the Brazilian state of Tocantins has received a $143m buy
A road project in the Brazilian state of Tocantins has received a $143m buyer credit facility, supporting construction of 16 bridges, according to BBVA, one of the lenders. The facility should have a tenor of 11 years, including a drawdown period. BBVA and Deutsche Bank are the lenders, and the facility is guaranteed by Brazil’s ministry of finance and comes under the coverage of Italian export credit agency Sace. Italy’s Rivoli is doing the construction.
