Brazilian sugar, ethanol and bioenergy producer Raizen is looking for additional MLAs for its $450m loan ahead of the syndication process, according to sources familiar with the deal. The 3-year term loan pays Libor+150bp. The bank meeting is expected as soon as next week. Citi and HSBC are managing, and expected to be joined by three MLAs for tickets of $75m each. The facility will raise funds for refinancing existing debt. Raizen is a joint venture between Cosan and Royal Dutch Shell.
