Panama is plotting another toll road bond similar to ENA's $395m 8 and 14-year issuance last month, says Mahesh Khemlani, the country's deputy minister of finance. The government is looking to buy a majority stake in troubled toll road Corredor Norte from construction firm PYCSA in a transaction valued at around $650m.
