Argentina’s Neuquen province has set 8.25% area yield guidance for a new $260m 2021 bond. The province, which had been meeting investors through Wednesday and seeking waivers from existing bondholders through yesterday, is expected to price as soon as today. The new bonds are backed by future oil royalties, in a setup similar to last year’s bond from the Chubut province.
