Brazil’s Banco Pine, which launched a $75m A/B loan via the IIC in early December is expected to close syndication by the end of the year. Signing is expected in the third week of January, according to bankers with knowledge of the transaction. The $15m A loan, which will be provided by the IIC, has a 4-year tenor. The $60m B-loan has a 2-year tenor and Santander, Standard Bank and WestLB are bookrunners. The price on the B loan is heard at 250bp over Libor.
