Banco Supervielle has priced a $50m 7-year, Tier 2 B2/B minus bond. The 11.375% coupon deal priced at 98.825 to yield 11.625%, through official guidance of 11.875%, according to a banker on it. The Reg S bond is the first issuance by an Argentine bank since Banco Macro’s $100.00m 10.75% priced in May 2007, according to Dealogic. The deal was around 2x oversubscribed, with the book coming overwhelmingly from LatAm and European retail investors, with some Asian participation. BAML was sole lead.
