Camanchaca to Debut in November


Pesquera Camanchaca has opened the books on an IPO it plans to price November 30, which would be Chile’s first in almost a year. The fishery plans to sell 1.26bn primary and 126m secondary shares, and expects to raise $250m equivalent from the sale representing a 33% stake, it says. Camanchaca seeks working capital for its investment plans, including expanding its fishing operations and salmon production.
