Argentina’s Clisa is preparing to issue up to $150m in new 2016 bonds through a tender offer and sale, it says, as it looks to extend maturities. The infrastructure company is offering holders of $100m in outstanding 2012 9.75% bonds new 9.5% 2016 through a tender offer launched earlier this month, and plans to reach the remainder of the $150m limit through the new sale.
