Argentine real estate developer TGLT has priced an ARP433.6m ($109.6m) IPO, the country’s first in more than 2 years. TGLT priced 48m shares at ARP9.034, the issuer says, close to the bottom of the ARP9.000-ARP11.500 range. Demand reached ARP315m, it says, from both domestic and international investors.
