Desenvix Energias Renovaveis, a Brazilian renewable power generation developer and operator, is preparing to IPO, according to regulatory filings. It plans a primary and secondary sale on the Bovespa, but does not specify timing or size. JPMorgan has been hired as lead coordinator, with BTG and Santander as bookrunners.
