The World Bank has approved a $137m loan for Bolivia. The loan, to be repaid over 40 years, is interest free, the bank says. This is the second loan, known as a country partnership strategy, the bank has signed with the Morales government. The first was for $273m, signed in 2007. The loans aim to help the country improve infrastructure and access to health services.
