Panama FDI Drops Sharply


In Q1 FDI flows to Panama dropped 31% to $387m compared to $562m in Q1 2008, says JPMorgan. The shop adds that the decline is due to a considerable reduction in the reinvestment of profits by foreign banks and companies operating in Panama.
