Brazilian homebuilder Direcional Engenharia is moving ahead with its IPO, scheduled for today, though for a substantially reduced size. At an estimated BRL293m, the deal would be by far the smallest offering done on the Bovespa since Nutriplant priced a $12m microcap offering in February 2008, and Helbor landed a $141m in October 2007, according to Dealogic.
