LatAm equity funds have shrunk 60% since the beginning of the year and 65% from their peak in May thanks to a combination of aggressive outflows and poor performance, according to EPFR Global. LatAm AUM stood at $13.5bn on October 15, compared to $33.5bn at the start of the year and $38.5bn in the third week of May.
